DESCRIPTION

Fielder is hit a high catch. Coach calls a coloured cone, and fielder has to run to that cone, catch the high ball, then run to the next coloured cone. Players can get between 4-10 catches for their fitness.

COACHING POINTS

1. Hands high and watch ball into hands 2. As you fatigue, get to drop zone as quickly as possible.
