DESCRIPTION

A: 20m side-shuffle / try to increase speed to the last one / 5 times / cones 20m apart / 15sec in between. B: Tennis ball suicide / Exchange TB on ever cone / Cones at 5, 10 & 15m / 4 runs / 15sec in between. C: Try to tag your opponent / start lying on your back / switch after 3 try's / cones 10m apart / 4 turns / 15sec in between. D: Number scramble / Cones 3m apart / Start in the middle / Every corner cone has a number / Partner calls out a number / Shuffle for- backwards / missing or wrong cone 10 push-ups / 3x10 numbers / 15sec in between. E: Rabbit runs / Mirror long - short sprints first runner / Cones 20m apart / Keep one meter apart, when breaking this lengths do 10 push-ups / 4 turns of 3 actions / 15sec in between. F: Mirror your opponents movement / Switch after 4 try's / Cones 10m apart. G: Forward sprint, side shuffle, sprint backwards and twist shuffle / mirror sequence / 2 rounds / Cones 20m apart.
