Players must pass the ball to each other, receive and then go through th obsticle or dribble through cones (can put hurdles in to pop over to change the skill). once the dribble through the cones they take a shot at goal and jog back to the start where they hittles through the ladder and ready to pass and receive again.
This drills hides in fitness training without the players realissing it. The skills section is placed at an angle particularly to mak ethe players run at angles after receiving the ball.
