1) Rectangle playing area is marked out with two defense end zone rectangles marked out at either end (shown in diagram) 2) Split participants into two even teams and place teams in bibs, each player needs a stick and only one ball is needed for the game. 3) One player from each team needs to go and stand in the oppositions end zone. 4) The aim of the drill is to get the ball to the team-mate in the end zone, if this is done the player who made the successful pass joins the team-mate in the zone. The winning team is the team who gets all their players into the end zone first.
