- 2 teams - Team 1 attacks goal, team 2 defends goal - Defensive team must `score` through any of the 3 goals on halfway. Once scored, they switch and attack the main goal. - Whatever team scores in the main goal stays shooting into main goal. Sides only switch when a team scores into any of the smaller goals. - As soon as a goal is scored play must continue. Players must set-up quickly for this reason
