Defender passes the ball to the Attacker. Attacker goes 1 on 1 to try to penetrate the D and get a shot on goal. The Defender's priority is to stop the defender going through the first gate and force them wide.
Defender engages as far away as possible from the D. Defender must adopt a low body position and be side on to protect their feet from the ball.
