The aim is for the blue player to put the ball through the 2 red cones the red player has to stop that from happening by tackling/intercepting the ball if the blue player gets the ball through the cones, they swap in with the red player the red player stays in until beaten by one of the blue players
Coaching points: the defender should close down the attackers area to work with but should not over commit force them to move into a space which is difficult for them to score from and easy to tackle
