Ball begins at the back with a transfer between the 2 defenders. The blues in the lead towards the ball and create a 2v1 within the box they are in. The idea is that they lose the ball and the 2 yellows attack the D. The blue player from within the box jumps back to help defend and one of the yellows from the other box joins in to make it a 3v3 attacking the D.
