A simple yet extremely beneficial goal keeper drill that promotes competition between keepers and an opportunity to be flexible and alert to keep out a diverse range of shots. A feeder shoots the ball at the first goal keeper who attempts to score through one of the set up side goals, until the ball is cleared the ball is alive and the feeder can remain involved.
Promote each goal keeper to think about how they can be accurate and smart with how they treat this game. Skills such as diving, coming off your line, and ball control are all ideas that can be utilised. Add in extra demands to switch things up and make things a bit more fun such as after somebody scores 3 goals the other goalies are forced to complete a small punishment.
