Any player at top D hits the ball to the GK who then returns it to one of the 3 players on Top D, all 3 attackers then free play to score a goal ocusing on the rebounds. This is particularly tough on the GK as there are no defenders helping. A defender can be included in the drill to help the GK.
This is particularly tough on the GK without a defender although it is great practice closing a player with the ball down while keeping ware that the player has pass options. The attackers practice taking quick rebound shots.
