2 attackers positioned outside the shooting circle. Third attacker remains outside the 23m line. Ball is passed from the 23m line to either of the attacking players who try to score with either a direct shot or deflection within 10secs. Defenders try to pass the ball out to the 23m line where it can be collected by the third attacker to start again.
Movement used to pull GK out of position Shoot across goal to wrongfoot GK and allow potential for deflection by other attacker Defender must channel attacker away from goal in order to narrow shooting angle GK needs to read game situation and position themselves to deal with the greatest threat Introduce more players on either side or change time limits to increase or decrease difficulty
