The coach throws a ball at the goal keeper. The goalie has to control the ball and kick it with accuracy to player 1. Player 2 runs from the cone to collect the ball which player 1 will pass up. They pass the ball to player 3. Player 3 performs a v-drag, before passing the ball across the pitch width to player 4. Player 4 runs up the wing to the base line, passing the ball to player 5 at the top of the D. Player 5, at the top of the shooting circle, will have a strike at goal.
Keep the balls with the coach, so if the goalie cannot kick the ball with so much accuracy it goes to the player each time, you can just throw the ball to continue. Both sides should be working at the same time, but the keeper cannot kick 2 balls at once- alternate which side to kick to. Players should follow their passes, player 5 must jog back to player 1s position after striking. If players can collect balls after striking, bring them down too. Walk around the outside of the pitch.
