Duración: 15 mintuos El ejercicio consiste en hacer 3vs1 en los cuadrados y el equipo que consiga hacer 10 pases de push seguidos sin que le quien la bola sale del cuadrado entra al area y tira. El defensa se canvia cuando robe la bola o cuando uno e los dos equipos haga los 10 pases.
