One player starts without a ball and is 'IT' Other player have a ball and move around the area marked by coach. If 'IT' tags a player they must stand still with legs apart (stuck in the mud) until another player hits a ball through their legs to release them. 'IT' tries to tag all players and must think about which order to tag players to eliminate chance of release by another player. Change the person that is "IT" regularily. Coaches can add to this game by allowing 'IT' to have a stick and they tag aplayer by tackling the ball from them or intercepting the ball after it has passed under aplayers legs.
