Setup 2 teams. Playing field split into 2, with 5-6 hoops or zones inside each one. Procedure Eliminate the other team's hoops by getting balls into them (one ball in each hoop only). Teams take turns to attack. Every "scored" hoop is eliminated. Keep playing for X mins or until all hoops are eliminated. Then restart with ATTs defending own half. Variations For passing/using space/possession: 1 ball in play. For carrying/elimination: 1 ball per attacker. Note: As goals (i.e. hoops) become fewer they get easier to defend and harder to attack Defenders can't go into the attackers' half
