The next person must go as soon as the other person is through the cones and is about to have a shot- Must be faced pace. - Maintain forward speed - Hit ball as soon as you are inside the circle. If the swing is too big- ask them all for the next round to focus on the point of a `quick shot on goal`. - Leave rebounds until each player has had a go, and then retrieve individual ball. Harder skill level: U18 players must attempt to not hit any cones.
