3 Attacking players - attacker one, sets up as a thrower and throws the ball to 1 and then to 2. (starting off in a patterned order, 1,2,1,2... etc) - The defener must be light and fast on their feet and read the pass before driving for the intercept, with the correct timing - The thrower (3rd attacker) shpuld use a variety of passes - once the defender is comfortable and successful at intercepting, the thrower may like to change it up and throw to either 1 or 2, making the defedner think !
Defenders - fast feet, light on toes, eyes up - dont over run if they dont gain the intercept, be ready for the next one
