Drill 5 This is a movement and passing drill. It focusses on passing and catching while tired from the game. Players F and A are stationary. Player D starts with the ball and passes to the player diagonally opposite (F). Player D then procedes to run straight across the court to adjacent to F to recieve a short pass. They then pivot, and pass back to A. The drill then repeats as D runs back across the court to recieve a short pass from A. Thsi drill is supposed to be completed at medium to high intensity (75%-90%) effort. It is a rotating drill where the running player does 10-15 lengths before swapping into a passing position. Thsi is their rest phase. The drill is completed 2x through.
