Work in a square. Plaer starts with ball, passing to vacant corner where another player from the next corner drives into the vacant position. This player catches, pivots and passes into the corner they just left where the next player is running to.
Time pass to meet player. Receiver times run to meet pass. Watch footwork, anding foot etc. Can have a rectangle for more people as long as one vacant corner.
