This drill is to help the participants learn to use the different passes. The passes included will be a bounce pass, shoulder pass and chest pass. They must complete these passes in order to correct their technique and help them to improve their passing skills in order to prepare them to start passing while in movement.
In this drill the players must work on their technique while passing the ball. This will include standing face on to their partner with open hands waiting to retrieve the ball. When doing a chest pass they must make sure that they are standing shoulder width apart in order to have the corrcet stance. While sending a shoulder pass you can stand either face on with shoulder width apart and then progress to having one foot forward and have your arms close to body while passing. Lastly for the bounce pass you can also stand face on shoulder width apart and then to advance stand with one foot infront of the other.
