4 Blue Posts/Feeder / 3 Attacking players inside dimond. Attacker must take three passes each before they pass out to a post, then takes post place. Post pases into Attackers then becomes one of the Attachers. Lots of communication, strong drives at intensity, don't overcrowd.
Receivng Ball on Full extension Posts dont cut off drives when enering diamond. Progression: Add Defence - Floating or 1:1
