Jumps and Hops FRom GOal line, staggered forward and back 3 x airsquats and jump 2 foot to 2 foot x 4 3 x single leg squat, hop to other foot (stick) x 4 HOp, hop, bound (Stick) forward x 4 Repeat angled hops (hips still forward) x 4 Randomised hops, jumps and directions
