Coach shouts out two (or even one) number(s) out. SH passes the ball and the attackers advance on to the ball but still holding their depth. As this happens, the defenders advance in their group of twos. Attackers need good hand, communication and vision to beat the defenders.
Allow attacking player to be creative. Defenders shouldn't wait for each other, unless their directly oppersite each other (eg - 1,2 and 3,4) SH doesn't join in the attack, he stays where he is. Attacking players should hold their depth. Defenders should work on their defensive work. Both attackers and defenders should use good communication. If they're struggling with 2 player coming from each cone, change it to 1. Allow the attackers to have enough space to pass it out. Attackers should be done in groups of players who are likely to play next / near each other (eg - the back line)
