DESCRIPTION

4v4 full contact game If the the ball carriers knees touch the ground whilst in possession then it is a turnover. The attacking team must try and keep the ball alive as much as possible by offloading out of the tackle. In the example the ball carrier has attacked the space between 2 defenders drawing both in and then offloaded out of the tackle creating a 3v2 situation.

COACHING POINTS

-2 hands on the ball -Fight to win contact -Get arms out of tackle to release the ball - Support players should time lines off of the ball carrier
