4 corners. Start with a ball on Yellow Corner and Blue Corner. First exercise is a pop with opposite man. Second Place the ball 1m away from opposite corner Third Rip the ball downward at each corner

COACHING POINTS

AVOID Other runners Communicate Targets 1. POP NOT A PASS!! 2. Step over the ball to establish a SOLID base (Similar to a ruck) 3. Rip downwards (similar to transfering in a maul)
