DESCRIPTION The players start in a line of 3 or 4 (depending of number of players at the session), and have to pass the ball from first to last and back before the end of the field delimited by cones. COACHING NOTES This simple exercise helps athletes to develop basic skills of passing and catching, and contemporary find a feeling with offense movements (when accelerate and when slow down). NOTICE If there are too much mistakes in the exercise the coach may change the field dimenson, longer if the problem is caused by time of passing (athlete cannot pass fast enough) or in breadth (if athletes cannot pass far enough). VARIATION The players have to complete the exercise in two opposite lines and avoid to hit the mates coming head on or letting the ball fall.
