players start by getting into pairs and each pair has a ball players with the ball face their partner and hold the ball at their chest the players then attempt to pass the ball by only using their wrist and fingers and keeping their elbows locked against their sides of their bodies. the players receiving the ball need to have their hands up at about chest level so their partner has a target to pass to. each player should do at least 10 passes each. After performing 10 passes they need to now do another 10 passes but use their elbows this time to push the ball forward.
