All players start behind the blue cones. Coach has cone of each colour in his hand When coach calls out and holds up colour cone players move to that colour.
Change things as you go. Start saying and showing cone colour. Then change to just saying the colour they have to run too and maybe hold up different colour. Then they have to follow cone held up but not what you say.
