2 teams take it in turns to send one player into the other teams half in an attempt to tag one of them and return untagged themselves. This practise continues until one of teh teams has been completely tagged meaning that the other team win. Teams can claim back 1 of their tags if the opposing team accidently send 2 of their team members in at once.
