Key focus is to encourage the 1st and 2nd receivers to run onto the pass and gain yards straight from the restart.
Yellow Team - attackers The tap is the cue for receivers to all move forward onto the pass. Recievers need to have hands out in the W ready position to recieve the ball. Pass needs to be backwards and at chest hieght for receiver. Encourage 3rd, 4th and even 5th receivers to be supporting the runs of their team mates and provide the oppertunity for a pass. Red Team - defenders Players to macth opposition. Moving forward together after tap and go restart. Encourage one player to remind players of this. Encourage players not to rush and jump into tackles from the restarts but rather work as a team and aviod missed tackles.
