Tackle bag on floor like super man to offer small window. Man stands over tackle bag with tackle pad to simulate opposition player trying to steal ball. Player starts face down, jumps up and runs at tackle pad, hitting the pad and driving over. Same principle but this time the opposition player has a better body position so there is a simulation of ball contest. Player starts face down, jumps up then drives down and up to clear out the opposition. Same principle as no.2 but this time we are rolling the player away. Player starts face down, drives low into tackle pad but this time rolls to the side with arms around the tackle pad, (hit bag first then roll) Final drill the rucking player will need to make a decision based on what he sees. If tackle pad is higher up then option 1 needs to be taken, (position simulates opposition is not set), if tackle pad is lower set then option 2/3 need to be taken as opposition is in a better position and is trying to get hands on ball).
