Have the ball carrier lay down 2m from the first cone anf have the support player seal over the player and the ball. Have the counter rucking player come, from 5m to the side of the first cone, around the first cone and drive the sealing player out of the ruck.
Make sure the counter rucking player comes in low and drives up and over the ruck.
