Pod 1 carries the ball down channel 1 into the pads and going to ground creating a ruck 2 support players clear out the pads The scrum half then passes the ball to the second pod in channel 2 At this stage pod 1 will work round the corner into channel 3
Communication Ball Handling Rucking Make sure to switch the pods around so that the same pod isnt working round the corner all the time
