1. Set up a 20m x 20m square with a 5m circle in the middle. 2. Split players half attack half players defend. 3. Defenders start inside box and attackers start outside box. 4. Attackers and defenders can work together with team mates or alone. 5. Attackers have to try and get as many rugby balls as possible within the circle within time frame given. 6. Defenders stop the attackers by tackeling them. 7. If a tackle is made, the attackers have to leave the ball by where they were tackled and leave and start again. 8. Once their are no more balls outside the box the attackers can then pick the balls up within the square and get them into circle.
