Create a channel 10 meters long and 5 meters wide. Attackers and defenders start back to back at the side of the channel in the middle. Upon coaches whistle both attacker and defender run towards their entrance point of the channel. Defender must stop attacker from getting past. Attacker may use any legal method to get past defender. Defender makes three tackles before swaping with an attacker.
