DESCRIPTION

triangle cone set up. 5 players to 2 cones and 3rd free player with ball light jog 50% to free cone player without ball meets runner half way and hits tackle

COACHING POINTS

hand out to recieve the tackle. closest shoulder to closest thigh. bend lower back. rest of back straight. plant shoulder tackle foot in between runners legs. wrap arms around legs tight and drive through tackle
