Players are in a lO x lO m grid, one player has a ball and runs with the ball held in two hands in front of body at about chest height. The object is for the players to avoid being touched with the ball. The ball carrier aims to touch the ball on any part of other players and still control possession and becomes the chaser. By doing this drill players are able to have fun and develop good ball control at the same time. Equipment One ball per grid Grid markers
