Then the player should regain control of the ball move their feet round and pass the ball across to the other side.
To get the ball on the forhand to pass the player should use the reverse stick to pull the ball back and overtake the ball with their feet to then face step and pass the ball to the next player.
To receive the ball the player can receive the ball on the forhand or with the reverse before moving of and repeating the drill.
