Players work in pairs with 1 ball. The worker (white) receives the ball from feeder (blue) at shoulder height while moving left and right alternately (approx. 1 metre either side of central position).
Encourage workers to land on their outside foot (ie. on right foot when moving to the right and vice versa) and then step towards feeder with second foot to release the ball.
Encourage players to drive onto the ball (not wait for the pass).
Try to get players to signal for the ball to increase communication amongst players.
Encourage players to land on their outside foot when receiving the ball.
The feeder should not have to move to receive the ball (the worker needs to return an accurate, strong pass).
