DESCRIPTION

In groups of 4. Three players hold hands, with the fourth player being made the tagger. The fourth player (green player 1) has to try and tag a named member of the triangle (in this case player 1).

Sumo Wrestlers | Warm ups

Sumo Wrestlers:

2 Players facing each other.

The idea is that each player has to try and touch the calves of their partners and at the same time ensure that they do not get caught.

Train Run | Warm ups

Train Run:

Players line up in single file. The front player runs in any direction and the rest follow.

On the coach's whistle the back player runs to the front and takes over the lead.

Tails | Warm ups

Tails:

All players have a bib tucked into the back of their waistband (must be visible).

On the whistle, players attempt to catch as many bibs as possible - whilst keeping their own one in the back of their waistband.

Tag Ball | Warm ups

Tag Ball:

In one third of the court any number of players work with one ball between them.

The aim of the game is for players to pass the ball to each other, whilst one player attempts to catch the player in possession of the ball.

Once the player in possession has been caught players swap roles, with the player who was caught becoming the next catcher.
