Set up as shown with cones evenly spaced out.
The distance between the cones can be modified depending on your players abilities.
Player(s) dribbles through the cone performing 1 touch with the sole of the right foot dragging the ball across their body and 1 touch with the sole of the left foot to bring the ball back across to the other side.
Look for good ball contact to move the ball across the body and forwards through the cones.
Touches should take the player through the cones without touching them with the ball or the feet.
Look for good side steps, moving quickly to side step before the ball arrives on one side.
Look for floor contact with the forefeet with bent knees to aid side-stepping.
