Volleys are a great way to rush your opponent. Getting players to run towards the net will put pressure on the other player and eliminate the possibility of a difficult bounce from a bad surface.
To help your players improve their first time volley and the sharpness of their second volley (aka the put away volley), this session works on accurate placement and the use of the split-step before the shot which is the basis for all movement and balance around the net.
