What's in the session?
The session begins with a dynamic warm-up ensuring that the children are moving at all times, working with others and are having fun. The session begins with basic movement patterns looking to get into the correct stroke positions. It then transitions into looking at open and closed stances, covering what each position looks like and explains which equipment can help get your player into the correct position.
The session then develops, covering how your player can control their backspin and how to learn the basics of serving by breaking it down into simple steps.
