Where to start?

I am South African playing ProD2 in France. Where do I start if I want to do my couching degree, (online). IRB Level 1,2,3. Any help please.

The best way is to liaise with the local French coaching development officier wherever you are in France.

They should be able to advise you on coaching courses that are available where you are.
