Locked Out of Sessions

I have a premium membership. I knew my card was expiring. Have tried multiple time to edit that--that appears quite user unfriendly. It says next payment is due December 10th; however, I'm currently locked out of full access now. Quite frustrating really...will appreciate any assistance. Thanks;-)
