how do I go about canceling my subscription

Hi Caitlyn,

Thanks for your question. Since you initially subscribed via the Play Store, you need to cancel through google play.

Steps to cancel:

  • Open the Google Play app
  • At the top right, tap the profile icon
  • Tap Payments & Subscriptions
  • Select the membership you wish to cancel
  • Tap Cancel subscription
