Good day, can I please cancel my subscription. thank you

Hi Marilet,

Thanks for your question. Since you initially subscribed via the App Store, you need to cancel through iOS. This is an Apple policy that we must abide by as we don't handle the payments ourselves.

Steps to cancel:

  1. Go into the App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Go into Manage Subscriptions - you should see your subscription to Sportplan here and cancel it.
