Forgive me but I haven't got a scooby do (clue) what the above means - please could the technobabble be explained (maybe we should start a dictionary of coaching terms?)
I would like to have a GOAL planning session and not sure what type of goals should be set for players over the season. We have a long term goal to be promoted but not sure how to set up shorter goals and what to advise people if they can think of any!!!
