Dynamic stretches between the space of 10 metres (up and back) - High Knees - Heel flicks - Leg flicks (Hitler) - Lunges - Side Stepping - Grapevine (both sides) - Run foward, jog backwards Move into two lines facing eachother: Ball Flicks, create an ongoing circle/line. Loud and clear instructions. Demonstrating if students don`t understand.
