There is two people in the middle of the court, they canât leave the green square. While everyone else has a ball. The people with the ball have to dribble through the green square to the white cones without the defenders getting the ball. If a defender wins the ball then you become a defender but if you dribble out the square then you become a defender.
Defenders can only tap the ball out of attackers hands they can make any other contact. Dribble with the ball by push the ball softy off the ground so you can keep the ball close to you. make sure you have enough space between the other attackers so you donât run into them.
